If we are campaigning for new OS members, isn't it a good idea also to entreat those who have been absent to return? Isn't it a good idea for those who miss the absentees to let them know that we miss and need them.

Nothing that I know. LIke many others, she may be taking a break.

Actually, we should mention any helpers we have noticed missing and would like to have here with us.

Perhaps, the missing will see that their presence is wanted and will return on their own. Just a thought.
