Can anybody compare artificial and natural selection in regards to what determines the selective pressure ?? thanks !

Natural selection is the most common process by which selective pressure is applied to the population to evolve in a particular manner. Artificial selection is another such process by which selective pressure can be applied. Sexual selection would be a third such process, although most biologists would categorize sexual selection as a type of natural selection.
