Is there a graph to go with your question or is this the entire thing ?

OpenStudy (k12awesomeness):

this is the entire thing

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okay, just making sure !

OpenStudy (k12awesomeness):

:)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The slope would represent the gallons per minute, we just need to figure out how many gallons per minute it represents.

OpenStudy (k12awesomeness):

k, brb

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okay !

OpenStudy (k12awesomeness):

k, i'm back

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Your slope is (Y-Y)/(X-X) = (10-0)/(2.5-0) because the line passes through (2.5, 10) and (0, 0) the origin

OpenStudy (k12awesomeness):

okay

OpenStudy (k12awesomeness):

i don't know what you mean.. i'm not good at this stuff

OpenStudy (anonymous):

your slope is 4

OpenStudy (k12awesomeness):

thats what i thought, thanks!!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That gives you 4 Gallons a minute, K12 !

OpenStudy (k12awesomeness):

thx everyone!!!
