OpenStudy (fortytherapper):

Triangles are your best friend

OpenStudy (fortytherapper):

The first is cosine. What is that in relation to opposite, adjacent, and hypotenuse?

OpenStudy (kdr1308):

Hold on... for #6 i got \[\arccos (-\frac{ \sqrt{2} }{ 2 }) = \frac{ 3\pi }{ 4 }\] and \[\arcsin (-\frac{ \sqrt{-2} }{ 2 }) = -\frac{ \pi }{ 4 }\]

OpenStudy (fortytherapper):

I was thinking pi/4, but the negitave. both of those are the same value. Looks good to me actually

OpenStudy (kdr1308):

Okay thank you! I'm trying to find the opposite, adjacent, and hypotenuse.. I have to go in a few minutes tho.
