Help will fan and Medal!!
@Zale101 ????
@Daniellelovee Could you help me please?? I have the question up
@zewlzme can you help me??
9. is soy. You are saying You are tall
Ok! Thank You! If you can, could you brefely explain that to me?
Yea! Soy is basically saying that you are as where estoy is saying to be and you are speaking in present tense and telling people that you are tall rather than you are being tall. Makes sense?
11. is alfombra because it is a rug
Yea! I get it now. Thanks
no problem!
I don't know who Rosa Britez is, but I am sure you can google that and find out what her later work is.
Yea I can. Can you help me wit a few more?
sure! I'll try my best to :)
Ok
I really need help with the fill in the blank ones. If you can't do the last two that's completely fine
19. blanca because salt is white
21. Puede because that is the conjugation of poder for Ella in present tense
Can you explain the whole present tense thing to me? I always get confused with that
so you do a conjugation and you basically just change the ending, look up the boot method, and it -o,-as,-a,-amos,-ais,-an for AR and ER/IR is -o,-es,-e,-emos,-eis,-en. So like for poder since it is an ER verb to conjugate it for Paco who is a single boy which would be el you would drop then ending, er, and add in the appropriate ending for el which is e, but poder is an irregular verbs so the o change to ue and then you have puede
Oops I meant Elena which is ella, but it is still has the same ending.
22. Es because Paco is from Madrid. You only use soy for yourself and es is the correct form for El.
I'll be right back to finish. I have to step away for a minute
Ok, Thank you so far btw
You would use ser when you are describing how one is being, like if they are being boring or annoying or something, basically their characteristics and it's permanent. Estar is more non-permanent and describes temporary conditions and locations so like to say how you feel or where you are. If that makes any sense ha I'm not great at telling how or what things are.
For the last question what does it mean a comparison between two unlike things? I don't really get what they want you to say ha if you know what to say in English I can translate it because I don't understand the question so much.
Ok. Well, I think that it's asking us to say like "Blue is better than Green" but I'm not exactly sure
Are you gonna be on tomorrow?? my computer is really low on power now and I need to log off. f your not, it's ok. Thank you for all your help. If you answer the question tonight I will see it tomorrow.
I'll be on tomorrow!
