You can ask a mod to ban you or you can just totally break every rule and do it the hard way lol

You can't delete it yourself, but if you'd like you can email contact@openstudy.com or abuse@openstudy.com and ask that it be taken care of. Typically what will happen is it gets permanently banned or suspended. Or, you can just break the rules or spam, and get yourself banned, or even your whole account taken down. lol xD

You can ask a moderator to suspend you for however long you like. This can be done by messaging them personally through a private message.
