Jayden is making oatmeal cookies for a bake sale. He needs 3 cups of oatmeal for each batch of cookies. He has a container of oatmeal shaped like a cylinder, with a radius of 6 cm and a height of 24.5 cm. The 1 cup measuring cup is also shaped like a cylinder and has a radius of 3.9 cm and a height of 5 cm. How many batches of oatmeal cookies can Jayden make?
