I would search up ADHD articles and write an introduction based off from what you read, but make sure to make it catch the readers attention. Good luck :)

An introduction is purely an attention grabber. You wanna make it sound like you know what you're talking about from the get-go. You could portray some personal experience you have with ADHD, or you could start with a fact, such as what percentage of the population is diagnosed with ADHD, and a rhetorical question to get readers thinking before you proceed to make further points.

You could make it something like super important sounding, but in the middle of the sentence write, oh look a squirrel!
