I would recommend rewording the question in the intro and making sure that someone that hasn't read the book would be able to understand what you are saying.

Secondly, make sure it is clear and that you can back it up with claims from the book. Talk about the reliance on technology and the ideas that people were not thinking for themselves. I think that you probably need one more point, but I know you are quite capable of that. :)
