I'm in K12 and we had one.... Pacer test (Running).. push ups, flex arm hang, curl ups, and the stretching thing.

Age depends on how many push ups, and the pacer test is a beep test where it gradually gets faster each time, its really easy

You just run back and forth across the gym... it can be 15 meters or 20
