I do not know how to start learning Chinese, can someone help me? Any resources?

Go to your local library and pickup a book. Libraries are required to carry a few learning books for languages by law for children who do not speak the languages I think so you should find a book on Chinese there. If not, go to Amazon and check out Chinese for dummies.

I agree, searching through books are always good (reviews too). Here are some more resources. http://chinese.stackexchange.com/questions/1120/resources-for-learning-mandarin-chinese https://fluent-forever.com/language-resources/learn-chinese/#.VuRz9vkrLIU
