It's a glitch. Refreshing usually fixes the problem.

It had never happen to me, however I'm assuming its a creepy glitch that went horribly wrong. It be more creepy if it happen on Halloween.

Its the guest glitch jiggly

when the guest glitch occurs cause it breaks the template new information cycle, when you try to change posts, it shows the template... rather then the post.
