QUESTION!!!

OpenStudy (skittles_for_life6422):

Discuss the differences between the measurement of the surface area and the measurement of the volume of a right rectangular prism. Include the following topics in your discussion: · Description of regions that are measured · Units for each type of measure and why the units are different · Examples of when you would want to measure for each type of measure

jhonyy9 (jhonyy9):

how you get the surface area and how you get the volume of this prism ?

OpenStudy (skittles_for_life6422):

this is what i have for this

jhonyy9 (jhonyy9):

surface area you can getting assuming area of every sides - yes ? what will get than multiplie the length and width of respectiveli side so than you multiplie suppose x cm by y cm will get area xy cm^2 and this calcule for every sides so hope you know that the volume of this prism will get using fomula V = area of base time the heigth of this prism V = area base (cm^2) * height (cm) => volume cm^3 hope this is understandably
