OpenStudy (prminion1):

question here

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the answer is D

OpenStudy (greatlife44):

@prminion1 this is straightfoward all we need to do is use this formula \[A = \pi*r^{2}\] since we know the radius is 4 \[\pi*(4)^{2} = 16\pi\]

OpenStudy (greatlife44):

this would give 50.24

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no it's D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No it's not. It's 50.24

OpenStudy (greatlife44):

How, you are given the radius of the circle and asked for the area

OpenStudy (greatlife44):

what method did you use?

OpenStudy (prminion1):

thanks @greatlife44 @Zelda
