OpenStudy (kendricklamar2014):

1) NEVER ASK TO BE MODERATOR <---very important rule 2) Be a very good HELPER 3) appeal to the public 4) have a very good sense of justice Anyone can become a moderator. However, you have to win the respect of this community through interaction, knowledge and the ability to interact and intervene in an appropriate manner.

OpenStudy (mrcoolguy):

ok thank you @KendrickLamar2014

OpenStudy (kendricklamar2014):

No problem

OpenStudy (samsungfanboy):

you forgot one thing @KendrickLamar2014 you gotta be 18+ lol

@PillowFace750

OpenStudy (mrcoolguy):

oh wow

OpenStudy (kendricklamar2014):

Here is the long version: Never ask to be a mod, that would only decrease your chance of ever becoming one. You also have to be 18+. It is also useful to be an expert in a particular field. Most mods on this site are math geniuses :P In order to become moderator, you have to win the respect of this community through interaction, knowledge and the ability to interact and intervene in an appropriate manner. You can become mod when the administrators feel that you have the qualities of a good moderator based on how you interact with other community members. The only way to get there is to become an active, helpful member of OpenStudy and hope you get lucky when we decide to add more moderators! I think becoming a moderator is a long process of trust and you probably won't get there in just a few months. If you realy want this site to be a better place you can also help by applying for ambassador :)
