Okay, so the MAD is basically the amount of variation among a data set, so which has the highest out of the Central, North and South locations? Pick the two that are close to each other and then you may have your answer depending t=on the actual mean. The North and South locations have the highest amounts of deviation, so.. Yeah, I don't know how well I exlpained that, sorry
