so lets start with soul, it seems as if when your singing you pay attention more attention to the melody than the meaning of the words, when you do this it makes you pitchy cause you trying to hit every note correctly, if you let the music just flow out of you it makes the music more soulfull and emotional like you mean it

Somebody actually gave you the wrong link above to that Singing Made Simple thing.
That link leads you to a PACKAGE that you can buy online to be vocally coached and everything. We don't want to worry about buying something that we don't even know what it is yet.
I myself have used many methods from the Singing Made Simple website and coach Roger Burnley, and it has changed my life and also taught me a lot as well.
So if your interested, maybe check this out instead.

Putting your email in WILL definitely change your life. :)

Also, as to your question about a stage name....my advice is to not worry about a stage name. I do think Miss Princess is childish, cliche, and overused but that beside the point, I don't believe you should worry about that right now.
Work on improving whatever talent you may have and work on finding yourself musically. You can't just wake up overnight and say "Ahh yess, I'm gonna be a singer!"
It takes work and it takes time and if your willing to work for it, you will get somewhere.
