OpenStudy (alexatiger):

PROVING THE CONCURRENCY OF THE MEDIANS OF A TRIANGLE- anyone have a link of what this is?? Please make it a "for dummies" type thing, I'm a little confused at the vocab in the first place..XD

OpenStudy (jdoe0001):

http://www.mathopenref.com/trianglemedians.html maybe

OpenStudy (mathmale):

"THE CONCURRENCY OF THE MEDIANS OF A TRIANGLE" seems to mean that all three medians of any triangle meet (intersect) in one point, the same point for each. As the article to which jdoe0001 has referred you to, this point is called the "centroid" of the triangular area. For whatever it's worth: look up "centroid of an area" and see whether there's any info on the proof that the medians of a triangle intersect at the centroid (one single point).

@jdoe0001 mind giving mathmale a medal too please?
