Yo como el desayuno a las ocho de la mañana.  I eat breakfast at 8am.

15.  ¿A qué hora es tu programa favorito? (At what time is your favorite TV program?

For 12, you don't need son las. Son las is only for telling time. For 13, it's favorito and you don't need the el
