Maybe try looking it up on tech forums online, or if its in need of a pretty major fix I'd head to Best Buy or wherever you got them. The warranty might still be valid.

They aint mine theyre my friends and it snapped right under the medal plate

Oh... well, then the best thing you can do is probably have someone experienced work on them. I don't know much about beats, but if something snapped it might need to be replaced :/...
