What does the power rule of exponents say? A. When dividing like bases, bring the smaller exponent to the base with the larger exponent and then subtract. B. When multiplying like bases, add the exponents of the bases together. C. When a base is raised to a power inside a quantity, multiply the two exponents to solve. D. Any base raised to the zero power equals 1, with a single exception.
