OpenStudy (christos):

I have C_ij^T = row_iB^T * col_jA^T how did it go to : C^T = B^T * A^T ? also can you please give me the matrix for [sum a_ij*b_ij from 1 to 3]

OpenStudy (christos):

@Kainui

OpenStudy (phi):

If you ignore the transposes, they are showing how each element in the product matrix is found by doing a dot product of the row of B * the column of A

OpenStudy (phi):

Perhaps the less clear thing is if \[ C= A\ B \] then \[ C^T = B^T \ A^T\]

OpenStudy (phi):

** [sum a_ij*b_ij from 1 to 3] ** for i=1 to 3 ? (or j ?) is that a row of A times a column of B ?
