Look at the attached graphic of a generic box plot. See where the median is on the graphic. Then, look at your box plot and find the median.
When you find the median mark, then look at the number line below the plot to get the value of the median.
so it's A. 41

That is pretty much what it is. It is called a 5 number summary of data drawn as a "box plot."
