Since there is a decrease of 25 students on friday which makes 25/40*100=62.5% of 40 students. So there is a decrease of 62.5%. I hope it's not a Riddle ^_^

Thank you so much!!!!!

i have a different question, can i ask?

OpenStudy (fatir5):

Sure

Justin thinks he has space for a 42 inch wide bookcase. It turns out that he only has space for a 37 inch wide bookcase. What is the percent error in Justin's measurement?

OpenStudy (fatir5):

Pretty hard that is :p because if that has to do with calculations then you would also be able to do it I suppose.

OpenStudy (fatir5):

Stick around while I solve this for ya!!

OpenStudy (fatir5):

The true value is 37, while supposed value is 42. The difference here is 5 and if we calculate the percentage of error, we would find out how much % "5" is of "37" which is the true value. Turns out it will be. 5/37*100= 13.5% and that's the answer.

Thank you so much!!!

My pleasure :)
