Can someone please help me? I really need help.... What is the biggest difference between an equation that has a direct variation and one that does not have a direct variation?

OpenStudy (nikato):

well, direct variation is proportion and its a straight line usually you'll see it in this form, y=kx where k is a constant

OpenStudy (nikato):

and im guess when you so no direct variation, you're talking about indirect which is usally in the form y =k/x
