Here is some more information about the active and passive voice: https://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/owlprint/539/ The difference between using the active voice and the passive voice is that in the \(\rm\color{lime}{active}\) voice, the subject performs the action, while in the \(\rm\color{lime}{passive}\) voice, the action is performed upon the sentence subject.
