In King Arthur's Knights, why did King Anguish send La Belle Isoude and Sir Tristram off with a heavy heart? The pair were newlyweds and he felt they needed to stay with him longer. He wanted them to marry each other. He was afraid that Sir Tristram would steal La Belle Isoude away from King Mark on the journey. King Anguish did not have a heavy heart. All was as it should be in his opinion.
