If I have a 93% in a subject and I get a 40% on a portfolio worth 28 percent of my grade, what will it bring the 93% to?

It depends how much everything else is outweighed and how many points you have in the class right now

Yeah that's a percent though like you could have 400 points out of 430 in the class and have a 93% or you could have 185 points in the class out of 200 points overall and still have a 93% if those assignments are all weighted the same

Yeah, I know what your saying but it doesn't work like that, there are other factors than just that

Like say you have a homework percent say thats 40% of your grade over a test that is 60% of your grade if you have 180/200 on the homework that would be 90% but than you have to take into consideration the 40% of the grade but the test will outweigh the homework more because its a bigger percentage
