How do I complete this????????
I know the 3rd collum is wrong
but its just my idea of what should be there
Hey @mathmale it's been a while since I've seen you
maybe you could help me out with this
PLZ HELP!!!!!! @confluxepic @jabez177 @jdoe0001 @mathmale @Owlcoffee @Preetha @Teddyiswatshecallsme
Here it is again
hmm the 3rd column is wrong? what do you mean?
I know that volume is cubic units|dw:1458084822224:dw|
yes, and Surface are squared units like an acre or a hectare
@jdoe i think its wrong because its not exactly explaining what it wants
you mean the last of the 3rd column the building a fridge part?
yes
I added the second part
second collum*
all the last ROW is asking is describe a situation when they're useful so in the case of the fridge and the volume, that's ok when building a fridge, you'd want to know the volume to see how much it can fit
what about surface area
2nd column 2nd row units, well, you just said them :) so you already know what they are and why they're different :) one measures how long the outside of an object is the other measures how much space the object takes
so on the surface area 3rd collum what example should I do
well... for example you have a patio, and you are going to put a bench and tables for BBQ but you don't want to take up too much space that there's no enough patio for a garden or backyard so... you check how many \(\bf m^2\) it's, so you can see how big your bench and tables need to be
Your third column definition of volume seems confusing, the part about the amount of space inside a solid.....How about the amount of space occupied by the solid, or the amount of space of a container etc.
yeah i not 2 if it sounds right
so what do I do about it
Clarify it.
The refrigerator seems good. Maybe @jdoe0001 has some ideas.
ok well this is what we have right now
so is it good now
@radar @jdoe0001 ???
