The second line is B--multiplication property of equality--it multiplies the whole equation by two to get rid of the 1/2 on the left hand side. The third line is A--distributive property--it distributes the 2 outside the brackets ito the brackets The last line is C--Addition property of equality--it adds 20 to both sides of the equation to get x.
