So I was working on this HW1, it's taken me a while to get finished, as I've done each hw question with my own flair. Anyways I don't seem to know where to start on the last "optional question. Any help, question start like this: "OPTIONAL! This exercise is tricky! Be sure to ask the LAs for help if you need them! The goal of this exercise is to write a cyclic cipher to encrypt messages. It seems pretty well explained. Follow along paragraph by paragraph. One of the most used skills in programming is decomposing (breaking down into smaller) problems.
