slope y=mx+b

OpenStudy (anonymous):

slope can be found by Y2 - Y1 over X2 - X1.

thats slope intersept form if u want to know

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

(- 9,6).....x1 = -9 and y1 = 6 (-1,- 9)...x2 = -1 and y2 = - 9 slope formula : (y2 - y1) / (x2 - x1) now just sub and pay close attention to your signs... slope = (-9 - (-1) / (6 - (- 9) can u finish ? keep in mind, two negatives multiplied together equal a positive.
