MEDAL AND FAN FOR CORRECT ANSWER What scale factor is shown by this graph? https://aoa.sooschools.com/media/g_pal_2015/7/img_quiz_coordinate_plane_dilation_1.gif 1/2 2 4 1

OpenStudy (helasi95):

Based on my little experience working with Sin Functions, where the Period the function had was calculated (x* pi/2) I would say its 2, due to the size reduction is to the half, which happes when x is 2 (because Sin Funtion has a domain of 2pi)

OpenStudy (helasi95):

there is a number inside the function which is called "Period number" along with the amplitude number and others. You can always check at Google.

Thanks

OpenStudy (helasi95):
