Find the distance between the points P1(-1, 1) and P2(4, -4) Then find the coordinates of the midpoint of the segment that has endpoints at P1 and P2. Round the Values to two decimal places.

I know the distance is about 7 but I don't know what else to do.

To find the midpoint, use the midpoint formula. Find the average of the x-coordinates and the average of the y-coordinates.

Okay, I don't understand though is my answer the midpoints or....? because for the midpoint i got (1.5, -1.5)
