Using your notes about loyalty in the first act of Julius Caesar, describe the character Brutus as either a betrayer or a patriot. In Act 1, Cassius is trying to convince Brutus to turn against Caesar so this would make him a betrayer. It shows that Cassius is jealous of Caesar especially when he talks about how he saved Caesar in the water and he is saying Caesar was actin like a sick little girl. He also tells Brutus how Caesar walks over everyone and sees them as slaves so this makes Cassius jealous of him and this is why he tries to convince Brutus to join him.
