I think it's because of the curse words, etc.

She/he wants the chat to be supervised by moderators or something.

I think we need more people actually reporting the bad stuff in the chats... half the reports I get from chats is usually just because someone doesn't like someone and not the actual things that need to be taken care of.

yeah, i watch the history chat closely, i lurk ;) and when they become trouble i report it @jigglypuff314

Oh and please please please remember to state which chat you're reporting from in your reason! I've trying to moderate all the chats at the same time and it slows me down to have to hop from chat to chat looking for the one you reported :P
