How did this structure benefit China? It was built in the north to protect the empire from foreign invaders. It crossed the Asian continent to provide traders with safe passage. It carried fresh water from the mountains to arid regions. It allowed the military to access far regions of the empire.
@HannahA
what atructure
The structure in the file @Janu16
First option, primarily to protect from those blood thirsty Mongols.
I just realized im in the math forum....................
@MathMusician Evaluate the results of Shi Huangdi's effort to standardize weights, measures, and currency. This was an excellent idea that allowed merchants to trade more easily and strengthened the country as a whole. This was a poor idea that failed because it left many merchants feeling like their systems were inferior. This was a good idea that contributed to commerce but isolated the nobles, who often did not know how to read and write. This was a bad idea that prevented many merchants from bartering with those outside their region because they did not understand the new system.
Well as a result he created legalism throughout China, but I do not see that as an option
oh........
@HannahA
The next best choice would be A
