Three vertices of a rectangle are given. Find the coordinates of the fourth vertex. (0, 5), (5, 0), (2, –3) A. (–3, 2) B. (2, –3) C. (3, 2) D. (3, –2)

OpenStudy (kobeni-chan):

You can see that the first two sets of coordinates are kinda flip-flopped, right? You just need to do that with the last coordinates. :)

So would it be -3 2 would that be my answer?

OpenStudy (aveline):

That's right

OpenStudy (reemii):

That's the answer but you can also find out by drawing all the points and see that (-3,2) is the one you need to obtain a rectangle.
