The system of equations is inconsistent. What are the missing values? y=2/3x+3 y=_____/_____x+5

I don't know what they mean by "inconsistent", but if the equations of the lines were parallel, then there wouldn't be a solution to the system of equations.

the answer was 3/4 or 2/3
