Parth (parthkohli):

\[\sum_{n=0}^{\infty} \frac {x^n}{n!} = e^x\]\[\sum_{n=0}^{\infty} \frac{(-2)^n}{n!} = e^{-2}\]\[\sum_{n=1}^{\infty}\frac{(-2)^n}{n!} =e^{-2}-1 \]Now that we've figured the exact value out, I'm not entirely sure about the rest. I guess it's all about finding partial sums and seeing where that happens.
