Cuba intends to gain territory and control of passage into the Gulf of Mexico. We need your recommendation as soon as possible. Steps Use this memo template to write your response. Write a paragraph of at least five sentences to answer the following questions: What international organizations could you contact about the conflict? Why would you contact them? Write a second paragraph of at least five sentences to answer the following questions: How would you respond to this situation? Where would your response fall on the foreign policy spectrum?
