They just madebit to attract new usees. It should be obviusb that a completly free site doesnt have several thousands to give away.

@alexandervonhumboldt2 , they already gave away one scholarship, and if they say they're giving away a scholarship, I'm pretty sure that there's a law that says they have to, especially if they advertise it
