Kim wants to order carpet for her sewing room. What measurement will help Kim figure out how much carpet to order? A. the area of the sewing room B. the thickness of the carpet C. the perimeter of the sewing room D. the width of the carpet

OpenStudy (zaynab123):

the area of the sewing room because that's the length x width which is the space in the room

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i um i am in 4th i do not know it

OpenStudy (welshfella):

The larger the room, the more carpet is needed.

OpenStudy (zaynab123):

i think you need to know the length and width of the room to find out how much carpet is needed

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so A.

OpenStudy (zaynab123):

yeah

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok thnx

OpenStudy (zaynab123):

your welcome

OpenStudy (fortytherapper):

Wouldn't it not be A? Because for A: If she said "I need carpet with an area of 12 feet", how would they know to send a 4 feet by 3 feet carpet or a 6 feet by 2 feet carpet?
