I have 30g of powdered milk and I know I have 36% of protein. how can I express these 36% in cg/g?

find the mass of protein in 1 gram, then change the units. 1 g *36% =0.36 g of protein 0.36 g= 3.6 cg so the answer is 3.6 cg/g
