Who read Frankenstein?
I read this book a few years ago. Frankenstein's creation was not necessarily a monster to begin with. When you look at what happened, the monster became angry and vengeful overtime because of his creator frankenstein's indifference to his suffering and peoples' downright cruelty to him. One of the issues the monster had was that because there was noting or no one that he could relate to he wanted to have a companion. When Frankenstein refused, that was the last straw, and the monster threatened to kill everyone Frankenstein loved.
yeah but it says what have you ever wanted that was something that you had to have or your life will be miserable. thats ur opinion like its about u . how should i respond to that
The thing is that seems more of a personal question. try picking something in your life that relates to or is similar to what was going on in the book.
i have to have a claim . like its something miserable about you . i have to write stuff like that srry did you get what i mean!
can you give me an example of your life!! that is miserable . i have to have a claim !
help me with this:
i need an example . i can't relate to it idk . show me an example of yours !
Something that has happened in your life that is considered miserable?
yeah! i can't think of any ugh:(
maybe a death in the family, loss of a friend, etc
the way I understand it is that the example has to relate to the book
okay i have to have a claim . whats that
or better yet. what if you're being bullied by a group of people and you need to tell a friend or someone and they just don't care or want to help you. I think it's similar to feelings of isolation, sadness, anger, and loneliness that the monster in Frankenstein felt.
how should i start . can u start it for me
i want to use the bullying part , the one u just mentioned last
we cannot give out direct answers on OS. it's against the rules. but i'll point you in the right direction.
never mind i want to use the death of my grandpa!
is that fine
or the bullying is better
whatever you prefer
but I assume this has to deal with the book as well like linking the examples to the book
ok ill use death of my grandpa . does this relate to the book . does it match
so think about it, the monster in frankenstein felt anger, sadness, isolation and loneliness because of the way people treated him and how he couldn't connect with people. talk about the types of emotions you felt after the event
This is great starting point. \(\color{#0cbb34}{\text{Originally Posted by}}\) @lifebluelife18 is this a good start talking about the monster : then ill move to my personal life \(\color{#0cbb34}{\text{End of Quote}}\)
Just move on and describe the event that happened in your personal life and link it to the paragraph above.
okay i have to have a cliam
i have to have cliam whats that
it's like the main idea. the claim can be the experience. and in probably 1-2 sentences explain how the experience is similar to frankenstein.
can u guys fix my grammar . and tell me what to add
is it good?
anyone>?
"Something that has happened in my life that i consider miserable is the death of my grandma. When she died my heart just dropped . I was very emotional that I couldn't stop crying . She was the most lovable person ever. I used to celebrate HER BIRTHDAY, but now I am so lonely because I lost my grandma and we had very good memories together."
so far so good
r u sure is my grammar good or bad should add more . like how is it related to the monster
??
the last thing you need to do is to relate it to the story
how . so what i wrote is good
"The loneliness I felt after my grandfather's death is similar to what the monster in Frankenstein felt when he found out he would not be getting a companion. "
its grandmother
"There are people and things we desire to connect with in order to better cope with life challenges and without them things become more difficult. The monster in frankenstien wanted to have a way to cope with life and have a companion with whom he could relate to and get by with. In that way, my grandmother was too like a companion to me as we used to celebrate birthdays together and she was a great pillar in my life whose lovable personality brought me much joy. "
should i add that to the end
its good !!! does it make sense . does it flow
yep
everything is good!!!!
