What is the scale factor for the set of similar figures? A convex quadrilateral with one side labeled seven inches. An arrow points from that figure toward a second convex quadrilateral with a corresponding side labeled twenty-three and one-tenth inches.

Bigger number divided by smaller number = scale factor.
