the interval over which the derivative is positive (above the x axis) the function is increasing

the grpah shows the derivative, how do i find the increasing of the regular f function, not f' @satellite73

"positive" is a synonym for "above the x axis "

looks like that derivative is above the x axis over two intervals right?
