President Truman believed in an all-out war strategy in Korea. True/False

OpenStudy (flufflepuffle):

False. Truman wanted to keep the war between us and Korea as a "limited war." He wanted to secure the lives of his men and reserve them. He didn't want to go send precious soldiers to their deaths in Korea. He even relieved one of his Generals because he wanted to go straight up into Korea in an all-out war with it.

@FlufflePuffle thanks :)
