They are similar because they are both right triangles just scaled differently just prove the triangle by SAS....

Hmmm well I took the base of the two triangles which is \(\large{63}\) and \(\large{19}\) in which I divided them both....
\(\Huge{\frac{63}{19}=3.3157.....}\)
And then I took the two known hypotenuses and divided those by each other...
\(\Huge{\frac{98}{27}=3.6296...}\)
\(\Huge\color{red}{3.6296..... \neq 3.3157....}\)
So I would say not similar.....since they are not scaled the same...
