Because of the parallel marks, you can see that the top two + the 8 are equal to 20, so the bottom plus that would be 20 + 20 = 40, then plus the sides (10 x 2) -> 40+20 = 60, and then you just have to add the inner two sides (7 x 2) -> 60+14=74 (aka C.)
